Questions
- How do I cancel?
- Any time from Settings > Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; nothing renews after that.
- Is payment handled by BloxScout?
- No. Checkout and billing run on Stripe's hosted pages. BloxScout never sees your card number and only stores the subscription status Stripe reports back.
- What happens to my watchlist and alerts if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Anything above the free limits stays in place; you just cannot add more until you are under the cap again.
- Do I need Pro to use the public API?
- No. The API is free at 60 requests per minute per IP. Pro adds a personal key that raises that to 600 per minute.
- Can I support the project without subscribing?
- Yes. A one-off coffee helps cover hosting and the Roblox API budget, with no account needed.
